Each Thrive 45 class will be just that 45 minutes long, meaning you will get your warm-up, workout, cooldown, and be walking out the door all within 45 minutes. Get ready to get in, get sweaty, and get on with your day. They are designed to be short yet affective leaving you feeling accomplished and begging for more. This class uses bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, plus many other objects & movements (NO BARBELLS) will be used during this class. This will be a HIIT training class where we will use interval & circuit training-based workouts.
Monday - Friday 5am, 545am, 445pm, 530pm
Saturday 10am & Sunday 1pm
