Each Thrive Move class is programmed for those who just want to get in and get their sweat on . Thrive Move classes will only take 30 mins out of your day but are designed to be short, yet affective giving you more time to get the things you need to get done throughout the day. (No Barbells, just Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and your own body).
